上海戴屹科技有限公司成立于2015年8月，公司专注铸件机器人打磨和铸造后清理领域，主要产品是以视觉、柔性和智能化工具为辅助的机器人打磨标准单元、机器人后清理生产线、自动化生产线以及铸件后清理无人车间等。主要用于各类球铁、灰铁、耐热钢、铝合金等铸件的浇冒口、浇铸系统切割、铸件毛刺飞边的打磨清理和铸造车间的机器人智能改造与升级。

  Shanghai Day-Evolution Technologies Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2015. We‘ve always specialized in Robot Grinding Machines, and focus on Robot Cleaning System in Foundry area. Main products comprise robot grinding standard cell, robot cleaning lines, automated production lines and unmanned cast cleaning workshops. The specific software，helped by vision technology, laser-line scanning and mechanical sensors, allows the grinding system usage in complex tasks such as compensation of casting distortion(shift/raised mold, shift/raised core and so on). Our products are widely used in grinding、deburring and cutting of riser and running system for different kinds of casting including aluminum, ball/gray iron and heat-resistant steel castings.
