中机第一设计研究院有限公司1952年8月创建于北京,建院近70年,持续专注于铸造领域工程咨询、设计、项目管理及总承包业务,现有铸造专业人员近20人。先后承担中国一重、中国二重、中信重工、通裕重工、南京迪威尔、沈阳铸造所、烟台胜地、无锡鹰普、湖北美利林、苏州通润等300多家铸造企业近千项铸造工程项目的咨询与设计服务。围绕一带一路国家战略,近年来完成墨西哥、埃及、俄罗斯等国外铸造项目的咨询、设计及项目总承包案例。围绕绿色发展,中机第一设计研究院有限公司成立铸造工程绿色检测中心,为广西玉柴、芜湖格力精密、芜湖新兴铸管、通裕重工等铸造企业提供铸造车间污染物检测报告,协助中国铸造协会完成《铸造行业绿色工厂评价要求》(JB/T xx )的起草制定工作。围绕行业发展,中机第一设计研究院有限公司积极投身行业建设,是中国铸造协会装备分会秘书处挂靠单位,是安徽省铸造协会副会长单位,是安徽省铸造学会常务理事单位。
Founded in Beijing in August 1952, China Machinery First Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. has been focusing on engineering consulting, design, project management and general contracting business in the field of foundry for nearly 70 years, with nearly 20 professional casting personnel. It has successively undertaken consulting and design services for nearly 1000 foundry engineering projects of more than 300 foundry enterprises, including China first heavy, China second heavy, CITIC Heavy Industry, Tongyu heavy industry, Nanjing dewell, Shenyang foundry, Yantai resort, Wuxi Yingpu, Hubei Merrill Lynch, Suzhou Tongrun, etc. Around the "one belt, one road" national strategy, in recent years, completed consulting, design and project general contracting cases of foreign casting projects in Mexico, Egypt and Russia. Around the green development, China machine first design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. established the green detection center of foundry engineering, which provided the pollutant detection report of foundry workshop for Guangxi Yuchai, Wuhu Gree precision, Wuhu Xinxing casting pipe, Tongyu heavy industry and other foundry enterprises, and assisted China Foundry Association in drafting the evaluation requirements for green factories in foundry industry (JB / TXX). Centering on the development of the industry, CAMCE first design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. is actively engaged in the construction of the industry. It is the affiliated unit of the Secretariat of equipment branch of China Foundry Association, the vice president unit of Anhui Foundry Association and the executive director unit of Anhui Foundry Association.
